THE ROLE

As a Residential House Cleaner, you'll deliver thorough, high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients across the Richmond metro area. You'll follow our detailed service checklist independently or as part of a small team.

Services you'll perform:

  • Standard Cleaning – Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, surface wipe-downs

  • Deep Cleaning – Everything in Standard, plus baseboards, window panes, grout, light fixtures, vents, wall spot-cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out – Full cleans for empty homes including inside cabinets, oven, refrigerator, behind appliances, inside closets, and final walkthrough inspection

  • Custom Cleaning – One-off and special requests based on client needs

PAY & BENEFITS

We believe in total pay transparency. Here's exactly what you'll earn:

  • $20.00/hr starting pay

  • Increases to $25.00/hr after 3 months of consistent, quality performance

  • Performance bonuses based on client satisfaction

  • Expected hours: 8–36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

All of the following are required to be considered:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience (REQUIRED — no exceptions)

  • Reliable personal transportation to travel between client locations

  • Ability to pass a thorough background check

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Active bank account for direct deposit payroll

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

  • Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
