What's the difference between Standard, Deep Clean, and Move-In/Out?
Standard covers everyday maintenance — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen. Deep Clean adds ceiling fans, vents, grout scrubbing, baseboards, and interior windows. Move-In/Out goes the furthest, including inside the oven, fridge, all cabinets and drawers, closets, and behind appliances — perfect for a full property reset.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or door code. You'll receive a notification when we arrive and again once we're finished and have completed our final walkthrough.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with all products and tools. We use eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe solutions. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, just let us know when booking and we'll accommodate.
How long does each service take?
A Standard clean typically takes 1.5–3 hours. A Deep Clean runs 3–5 hours, and a Move-In/Out can take 4–6+ hours for larger homes. Every service ends with a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standard before we leave.
Can I add services that aren't listed in a package?
